Into the Amazon: please pray with us

Into the Amazon

From October 24 through November 1, our team will be in Ecuador building a church deep in the Amazon jungle. Getting there is part of the mission. The team will hike into the interior, then travel by canoe to reach the community.

We're excited, and we're asking you to pray:

• For safety and strength on the hike and the river
• For health for every team member
• For the community waiting on the other side, and the church that will stand there

Welcome, Missionary Cristi!

Last month, Cristi Niemer graduated from Globe International. She is now an official missionary. Cristi is raising support for her call to Mexico, and every month brings her closer.

Our Missionaries

Seth and Zach are serving in country, and we continue to actively support them. Cristi and Alex are raising funds to get to the field. Please pray for all four, and for Cristi's and Alex's support to come in quickly so they can go.

Looking Back on Summer

This summer, our team served in the town of November 21, Mexico. Together, we:

• Delivered care packages to families throughout the community
• Fed the whole community
• Repaired the roof over the children's eating area at the local school
• Personally served a little girl in the community who has a disability

What’s Ahead

Christmas in November 21: We're raising funds to return to November 21 at the end of the year with Christmas gifts for the community's children. If you'd love to be part of it, let us know.

Cozumel, February 2027: We're planning a large missions trip to Cozumel, Mexico. If you'd like to help fund it, or join the team, email us at raisetheroofministries@gmail.com.
